What is fatigue?

There are a number of different energy boosting supplements that can fight fatigue. The most obvious is caffeine, which is naturally found in tea and coffee. In order to improve energy levels, look out for supplements containing iron (due to its role in carrying oxygen in the blood to the muscles), B-complex vitamins (as they help help convert food into fuel), creatine (a natural compound that is stored in the muscles and used as an energy source during physical activity) and functional mushrooms like reishi and cordyceps.
